Vixen Optics 1552 reviews

Ascot Super Wide 10x50 Binocular is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from FOR ASTRONOMY First, this is sold by Vixen, but made in China (PRC). It is ideal for astronomy because: wide field (8.5 degrees cf to usual 5 - 6 degrees) to pick up those elusive objects; adequate aperture (50 mm) for the faint fuzzies, but not so big as to be too heavy to hold; the right magnification (10x) for astronomical use; Porro prisms and BAK4 glass, the better choice. Excellent deal and the price is great too.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from quick and reliable shipment Operational description is skimpy. Very little specifications. At 2 lb weight , it is hard to keep it steady.
