The AJA P-TAP-CBL DC Cable (18") is an 18” (45.7cm) long DC power cord that powers camera systems that require a P-tap connector at one end and a D5/10-PC connector at the other.
I bought a AJA ROI on Ebay. This power cable is a great addition.
Beware when using this adapter. The AJA boxes use 5v. The D-Tap/P-Tap connectors may provide voltages as high as 15 volts (or more) depending on the source you connect it to. Make sure that you only connect to a 5-volt source otherwise you will blow up the AJA converter. Always double-check your voltages and current requirements beofre attaching devices. Otherwise be prepared for an expensive mistake.
