The Shure PGXD1 is a digital wireless bodypack transmitter compatible with the PGXD4 receiver. With lightweight, molded ABS housing and an ergonomic design, it is comfortable for performers and presenters to wear. The PGXD1 transmitter operates anywhere in the world in the 900 MHz range, delivering high-quality 24-bit / 48 kHz digital audio. It features a TA4M 4-pin input jack that allows you to plug in the lavalier, headset, or instrument microphone of your choice or an adapter cable for guitar and bass. The recessed dial on the side provides 26 dB of continuously adjustable gain to accommodate a wide range of vocal delivery styles and volume levels.
Infrared ports on the transmitter and the receiver (available separately) allow you to sync the components to the same frequency with a single button press on the receiver. The transmitter's power button doubles as a mute button with a short press. The LED shows power, mute, and battery status, while the controls can be locked out to prevent accidental setting changes.
