The ACTi TCM-7811 H.264 Megapixel IP IR D/N Vandal-proof Outdoor Fixed Dome features a 1/3" Sony EXview HAD progressive scan CCD, a 3-9mm (f/1.2) DC iris vari-focal lens, and an infrared LED array for day and night surveillance. With the mechanical IR cut filter, the camera assures good color rendition in up to 0.15 lux illumination whereas the IR LEDs support viewing in total darkness (0 lux). Auto White Balance adjusts the red and blue signals in the MWB mode by taking a standard white color reference to get the most natural colors. Auto Gain Control adjusts the signal strength to maintain a constant brightness level.
Offering up to 1280 x 960 resolution at 15 fps, the TCM-7811 IP Camera supports multi-streaming of H.264, MPEG-4 SP, and MJPEG compression codecs. The 2-way audio allows the users to communicate with visitors or intruders. Motion detection feature detects presence of relevant motion in the area under surveillance. A MicroSD/SDHC card slot is available for local storage.
The Class 3 PoE (Power-over-Ethernet) supplies power to the camera from the network itself without any extra wiring for auxiliary power outlets. Various mounting options are available like surface, wall, flush, pole, corner, and pendant mounts.
