The Bosch EX60LED9M Explosion-protected Infrared Illuminator (940nm, 30° Beam) delivers optimal night-time illumination and proves useful in hazardous locations. Certified for Class I, Groups A and B ratings, it is also safe for use in areas where explosive gases like acetylene and hydrogen are present.
With 100 LED array and 940nm illuminator, the IR sensitive camera can offer evenly-distributed night vision up to 60’ (18.3m) and produces a LED beam angle of 30° medium. Supporting CCTV standards, the camera housing can be used for mounting hardware and motorized pan/tilt devices.
With an enclosure made of robust, copper-free anodized aluminum extrusion, the housing delivers optimized performance in -58 to +131°F (-50 to +55°C). It comes with three 3/4" NPT conduit entries, an easily accessible optical slide tray, a 3/8” chemically resistant window and a U-Bracket with stainless steel straps.
The EX60LED9M Explosion-protected Infrared Illuminator is suitable for use in chemical factories, petroleum refineries, oil and gas processing, utility gas plants, grain elevators, flour mills, dry cleaning plants, pharmaceutical plants, coal and carbon processing, aircraft hangars, and spray finishing areas.
