The ACTi ACM-3601 IP Vandal Proof PoE Mini Dome, with 1/3” Aptina Progressive Scan CMOS image sensor and built-in 3.6mm fixed lens, delivers clear images at a resolution up to 640 x 480 at 30 fps. It supports selectable MPEG-4 SP and MJPEG compressions with multiple streaming. A minimum illumination of 0.5 lux at f/1 makes the camera suitable for low light conditions.
Video motion detection triggers an alarm when motion is detected in a designated portion of the video display and also supports e-mail notification with snapshots for alarm triggered events. Auto white balance adjusts the red and blue signals by taking a standard white color reference to get the most natural colors. Featuring automatic gain control, the ACM-3601 IP Mini Dome adjusts the signal strength to maintain a constant brightness level. Privacy masking allows you to mask a configurable region to ensure certain privacy of people under surveillance.
Power is supplied to the camera through Class 3 PoE (Power-over-Ethernet); hence the camera gets power from the network itself without any extra wiring for auxiliary power outlets. It has an IP66-rated weatherproof, vandal-resistant housing to ensure uninterrupted surveillance in exposed and high-risk locations. The Megapixel IP Mini Dome is compliant with EN50155 for railway applications, and is fully compatible with ACTi software.
