Good compromise price vs performance

From B&H I recently bought a lightly used Pentax K5. This came with a zoom which I did not want to use; I prefer primes. Anyway... I ordered this inexpensive lens. It arrived and I shot some test shots. Overall once you get over the idea this thing is totally plastic (maybe not the lens elements) and take a look at shots, you'll find at f2 this lens is soft. At f4 and above it starts to sharpen up. At f8 or so this lens isn't too bad. Not a Pentax Limited prime but for the price I won't complain.

I am very pleased with this lens. Good glass and produces nice photos. A very useful lens to have.

It will mount on the Ricoh KR-10 and you can take a photo however it will be manual focus only and you will have no aperture control. This Mitakon Zhongyi Creator 35mm would allow aperture control with your camera: https://bhpho.to/3mHzhg4
