Anyone try this with Yongnuo YNE3-RX to control Alienbee from Canon RT system?
The AC9 adapter can be used with either a FlexTT5 or FlexTT6 to connect to an AlienBees or White Lightning strobe. Using a MiniTT1/FlexTT5/FlexTT6 on the camera with an AC3 ZoneController, you can adjust power to each AlienBee in 3 different Zones via the AC9. It will not communicate with a Yongnuo trigger or Canon's RT trigger.

Is it real the fact that they dont work with the vagabond mini?
How are you coming to this conclusion? I use the MiniTT1 Transmitter and FlexTT5 Transceiver with the AC9 on the White Lightning Flashes and they work together well. If you are asking if powering the units with the Vagabonds and then useing this setup I don't know why it would not work power is power.
