The Bosch EX70MX406-N Compact Explosion-protected Camera (6mm Fixed Lens) is a day/night camera with 1/3" CCD and 540/540 TVL resolution, and has a 6mm fixed lens with mechanical filter technology. It has a high-strength reinforced aluminum construction strong enough to withstand an internal explosion.
Burning explosive gases are put out by threaded flame paths that prevent ignition in the external environment by allowing the gases to exit the housing safely. Pan-tilt brackets, and wall and pole adapter plates (both optional) allow for an easy installation. The EX70MX406-N Compact Explosion-protected Camera comes with UL / CSA / ATEX certification, and meets the requirements for Class I, Division 1 environments. It ensures safe, effective performance at less hazardous Division 2 and Class II locations, and has a NEMA 4X design for indoor/outdoor usage.
