Bosch EX85D8IP08B Megapixel IP IR Imager

The Bosch EX85D8IP08B Megapixel IP IR Imager is a day/night network camera that is equipped to work in complete darkness. Dual 1/2" CMOS sensors of the imaging system include a 3.1MP day sensor and a 1.3MP night sensor, and each reproduce a resolution greater than 1000TVL. The EX85D8IP08B comes armed with an 8mm Megapixel lens for wide area coverage.

Armed with zero lux night time sensitivity and a proprietary Black Diamond night vision technology, the EX85D8IP08B infrared imager offers detection up to 420' (128m) at night. The IP67 all-weather design of the unit is meant to withstand extreme weather conditions and the complete unit works in a temperature range from -40 ºF to +122 ºF (-40 ºC to +50 ºC). Fixed focal length lens contains no moving parts and prevents wear and tear.

Megapixel technology of the EX85D8IP08B IP Imager offers high resolution with image details thereby eliminating any requirement for Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ) devices. The always-on digital zoom feature is available simultaneously with overview image. The lossless forensic zooming feature allows you to zoom-in for post-event investigations when CCTV video footage needs to be previewed and analyzed in criminal and other legal cases.

The IP Imager's unique Bit-Reduce technology combines Black Diamond Infrared illumination, on-camera image processing and more than 20 compression levels to reduce bit rates for bandwidth management. Users can choose a specific compression level in accordance with requirement for image quality and file size to achieve a right balance. The EX85D8IP08B Megapixel IP IR Imager comes in a black finish.
