Well, I'm gvng thm a 3.5 bcuz I didnt hv ALL the pieces to my kit! It was missin screws tht I had to go pirchase at the hrdwre store.....mre money! Also the directions or thr lack of were terrible. And mstly the ceiling kit piece tht is spps too blend with the ceiling is NOT THR!!! So, now I hv a bunch of red tape too go threw to tryand get this mttr resolved. Other than tht, once I get ot all 2gthr and hyng up! I'll prbbly b mre satisfied with my purchase! Hwevr, thr CSR's r really NICE, patient, and hlpfl! So, I gss they deserve a 4 instd! Thx!
