There's a major design flaw to this otherwise perfect TSA approve lock: The rotating wheels can be seen and changed from both sides of the lock. This means that it'd you try to enter your combination on the wrong side you'll be in for some frustrating time... I did it, once, could not figure out what was wrong & was close to cutting the wire to get to my gear. I emailed the company for help, did not --ever-- received an answer but in the meantime figured out there was only *one* side of the lock that mattered. This is a major design flaw, otherwise i would give it a full 5 stars.
I had purchased two of these for my checked in tool box. Both times, the TSA just broke them and threw them broken back into my now unlocked toolbox. Has anyone notified the TSA that these were approved by them?
