Constantly falling apart

These are NOT for ENG. Our shop bought them along with Panasonic CX350s in 2021. Despite the light camera load, the legs are constantly falling apart. Composed mostly of cheap plastic, the spreaders (both mid- and bottom-spreader variety) snap with the slightest tension. The legs fly out of their sockets because the plastic T joint pops off easily. The inner workings of the brakes then spill out everywhere, sometimes where you cannot find them to piece it back together. I have never seen a tripod crumble like this one does in all my years of news photography. There are always at least two on our work bench broken. We can't keep up with repairs. The company has worked with us by sending us replacement parts, but there are always parts on the way because the product keeps failing. If you are in a studio where you set it up and leave it, you might luck out... but for daily newsgathering you will regret your purchase immediately. Again, the company's customer service is very responsive and helpful in terms of replacement parts... but the product itself is complete garbage.

Accessible tripod...

I am a video director and I work with devices Canon 5D Mark II and III and I am in a very windy region... That is why I chose this tripod which gives me a considerable stability and especially to a completely accessible price for a quality professional. I put only 4 stars because of the head which I find a little bit light, on the other hand the fixations of feet are very practical especially when have has to manipulate him only. And for a tripod which supports 17.6 lb (8 kg) it is relatively light.
