For the price, this is perfect (compared to the expensive GZoom).� The zoom response is smooth.� I wish it was not so long, it barely fits on my gimbal handle.

Would it work with Sony PMW-EX1?

I'm afraid not. However we do have an option that will work on the EX1, which is B&H # ACRMC8EX. This is the Acebil that is designed for the EX series from Sony.https://bhpho.to/2gVo5uo
