The Bolide Technology Group SVR8008S "TRE" H.264 Compression 8-Channel DVR provides high-quality images in VGA resolution up to 1024 x 768; each channel supports up to 4CIF encoding resolution. In addition to the real-time OS with embedded MCU, the DVR has 16 alarm inputs and 4 alarm outputs, and supports 4 SATA interfaces.
Digital zoom is useful during preview and playback, and is operated by mouse when in PTZ control mode. The DVR supports redundant recording and has a multi-zone motion detection feature that detects presence of relevant motion in the video. The tamper detection feature allows the DVR to send an alarm when the camera is tampered with, while the mask function masks sensitive areas.
The DVR supports either 4 IDE HDD or 2 HDD + 1 CD/DVD writer, and each HDD can support a maximum of 2000GB. It also provides support for HDD sleep mode, HDD S.M.A.R.T function, FAT32 file system, and record modes like continuous record, motion detect record, external alarm record, motion/alarm record, and manual record. With the user-friendly menu, the SVR8008S 8-Channel DVR is easy to operate.
Different Recording Expired Time can be set for different channels. It supports normal and event video encoding parameters, and hard disk group management.
