This lens pouch will hold up to 400mm f/5.6 in a sturdy polypropylene bag. It fits waists 20-54" (50.8-137.2 cm). When unzipped, the bag is 12" (30.5 cm) deep on one side. The strong shoulder strap is constructed to integrate with the basic Camera System creating a convenient, functional way to carry an extra lens on your hip.
