The DWS TTS 2 Digi-Wave Team Teach System 2 from Williams Sound is a versatile digital wireless communication system that allows simultaneous team teaching where 2 or more teachers work together. The system includes a set of 3 DLT 100 transceivers, 3 headset microphones, and accessories.
The system is lightweight and portable, with each beltpack operating on a rechargeable battery. No bulky base stations or AC power are required. The system uses 2.4GHz technology to provide a wireless range of up to 200' so users can move from room to room. The system can be easily expanded by purchasing additional transceivers (sold separately). The transceivers are compatible with a variety of headphones and headsets.
The system offers 1-way and 2-way modes, allowing several operating scenarios: two teachers can speak simultaneously and students can hear both teachers, students can participate as listen-only, or access 2-way mode with the push of a button. Each transceiver has a built-in mic and speaker, so students participating in 2-way PTT mode do not need to wear a headset. In any scenario, the teacher always controls the presentation.
The system's accessories consist of silicone skins for each transceiver, a convenient 2-bay drop-in battery charger (each transceiver has its own individual charger as well), and a system carrying case that holds all of the system components for convenient storage and transportation.
