Ordered this replacement lamp as a first-timer (sudden alert from the projector put me in a small panic) but all turned out wonderfully. I contacted customer support to be sure I was ordering the correct part and they were very helpful and reassuring. Easy to replace in projector, and lamp works just great. Thank you.
