The MC-12 from Nady is a 2-way passive loudspeaker that provides high-quality audio in a lightweight and versatile design. Ideal for front-of-house and stage monitoring applications, the speaker has a durable molded high-impact ABS/fiberglass composite cabinet that deflects bumps and scrapes and has integrated handles for ease of mobility and set-up. The cabinet houses a 12" woofer and a 1.5" titanium compression tweeter to provide clear audio with a wide frequency response. The tweeter has a wide-angle short throw horn that provides a 90 x 60° dispersion pattern.
The speaker has a 600W peak (300W RMS) power handling capability and offers dual Speakon input connectors, allowing you to connect to professional sound systems and devices. The speaker has an 8 ohm impedance for wide system compatibility. The low impedance compensated crossovers have full driver protection to ensure reliable operation. The speaker can be mounted in a variety of ways thanks to the trapezoidal shape and integrated mounting. It can be mounted horizontally or vertically, or hung in a cluster thanks to threaded brass inserts. The included detachable brace mounts provide dual-angle floor wedge use. A 35mm pole socket lets you mount the speaker on a stand or on top of a subwoofer.
