Nady PCM-200 Reviews
If you have to settle for this, you don't need it
OUCH, what a terrible mic. if you thought Hey, I NEED the Elvis Mic, but I can't pay one-eighty for it, I'll pick up this sixty dollar item and save. then you are not thinking clearly. This mic has an awful tone, it LOOKS kind of cool, looks kid of close to the original, but you REALLY can't buy a mic for looks. I mean you CAN, especially if you were just going to toss the money in the street anyway. But how many of us really do that? If you can't stomach the extra eighty bucks, then forget your dream of singing into an Elvis mic, because this AIN'T what you think it is. It is like the element rejects low frequencies and passes only piercing highs.
Nady PCM full bodied sound
The construction of the PCM 200 is very sturdy, solid metal, and looks very professional. My only concern is that the threads that connect to the mic stand don't seem to want to screw on to everyone of my stands. I am using for live theater where we produce Old Time Radio. It looks authentic but most importantly sounds great.
