Kirk PZ-143 Overview

The Kirk PZ-143 Camera Plate for Nikon D7000 With MB-D11 Battery Grip is a quick release plate that's designed specifically for the Nikon D7000 with a MB-D11 battery grip attached. Its dovetail fits Arca-Swiss-style clamps to enable a quick release from a tripod head.

The plate is machined in the U.S. from 6061 T6 aluminum, and it includes a stainless-steel Allen screw for attaching it to the camera. Two additional screws serve as safety stops; in case the clamp is inadvertently left loose, the smaller screws will help stop the camera & plate from sliding all the way off the head.

Two Allen keys are included with the camera plate.

Seems like a really quality product. Fits bottom of battery grip like a glove. Very secure and I like the addition of the camera strap loop. It's pricey but quality product that should last.

Kirk always has the best quality. This plate is precision machined from the best material with a durable and handsome finish. I have come to expect nothing less from kirk. Just another fine quality product distributed by B&H. This plate atatches firmly to my mb-d11 with an outstanding fit and fuctions as intended with a rock solid grip. Its like it grew out of the battery grip.
