Great for a few years, but died and NO SUPPORT from Dolgin

This worked perfectly well for a fair amount of time, but for no good reason suddenly stopped. The lights would not turn on to indicate charging, even though unplugging it and plugging it back in would cycle all of the lights, indicating that the problem isn't the lights themselves. When Dolgin was contacted to inquire about support for the product, they ignored the request completely. This is a shame, because the product was very useful for a good amount of time. I can certainly recommend the product, but not for long term solutions, and I certainly cannot recommend the company's products if you expect any sort of product support.
