Foba F-F6131 Reviews

TT Plast Plastic Background Sheet (51 x 40", Black, 1 Sheet) is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 21.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Been looking for something like this I do a good deal of tabletop product photography, and I wanted a background that was reasonable in size, durable, and easy to keep clean. Seamless paper is a pain my my uses. The Foba sheets provide a nice background in a number of color options, but they aren't so big they are like wrestling an octopus to put up and take down. The material is very thin, and it can kink if handled roughly, but these sheets are an ideal and affordable solution for the occasional tabletop photographer who doesn't have the luxury of a huge studio.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent! I have known about this product for many years. Why I did not try it sooner is a giant Homer Simpson DOH! A smooth slightly textured surface with just enough sheen to produce a subtle reflection for a sense of grounding of the subject. That is to say it does not appear to float or be disconnected from the surface. It cleans easily and surprisingly does not attract static or dust. This is a keeper in my bag of product photography tools.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So much better than paper!! I shoot wine bottles/glasses & this is fantastic, you can wipe it clean & it doesn't wrinkle like paper. A must for product photography!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from excellent material It is hardy, almost non reflective, not slippery glossy smooth but no texture is visible. Be careful with handling as it easily knicks when you bend it or lift it up. I have all the colours and after 15 years some sheets have gone brittle and break at the edges

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice white background You can shine a light thru the background of this sheet for shooting glass or light it from the front and get a seamless white background. Durable. Also, the white is 'white balanced'; that is to say, it doesn't photograph as a light yellow.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good all around for smallish objects. I use the grey and dove grey. For my purposes the grey is essentially color neutral, the dove darker and warmer. One side is matte, the other has a very slight gloss, the combination gives you some options. It is tough but not indestructible. The surface eventually shows wear and marks and it can kink if you're not careful, but overall I find it a great option for objects smaller than a breadbox in tabletop setups. I tend to use the (very) slightly glossy side for bouncing a bit of light under objects, but it is not very prone to glare, though glare happens and sometimes works for the shot. I suspect the matte side is essentially glare-free. It cuts easily, is best stored rolled up or flat if you have the room, masking and artist's tape can be applied and removed without damage. One thing I really like is it's smooth appearance approaching the macro level. My 1:2 lens shows some texture but TT Plast is superior to most other backgrounds in this respect.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great value and flexibility I bought this to shoot jewelry against, and it gives me a lot of flexibility - I can roll it up or switch it out for another color quickly. It was easy to cut it to fit my space, and it's simple to clean. The only drawback - it can get bend marks in it if handled roughly, but for the price, this is a great backdrop.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Background Sheets I use the Foba plastic background sheets as background for small tabletop photography. I have this product in several colors because it is sturdy, yet pliable. It curves nicely, does not wrinkle, and is easy to clean.
