It secures this objective with a proprietary listening beam, which aims to provide automatic vocal tracking by steering the microphone's path towards the location of the person speaking. The device features steering limits selectable between 90 and 180°, as well as LDS (Location Dependent Squelch) technology to reduce background noise and bring the loudest speaker to the forefront of the recording. This version of the Voice Tracker I comes with a US power supply.

question
will the Acoustic Magic Voice Tracker I Array Microphone record to a Zoom H4N Pro if connected directly to it? If so, what is the proper connection set up to make this work. I connected mine to the H4N but there was a volume problem, I am afraid I will need to purchase a special connector for the xlr input and I do not know which one I will need. thank you.
Connect this microphone via the recorder's 3.5mm Mini stereo phone jack.

question
Will this work into a traditional mixer? If so, is the array then managed via a PC?
The Voice Tracker I features a standard analog mic output jack on a 1/8 connection. This can be used directly with a computer mic input or via USB with the optional adapter. ( included free with this package ).The unit can be used with a mixer as well by using an adapter such as the Kopul XLR to Mini adapter. The functionality of the mic is handled automatically and via physical switches on the unit itself. No software is offered or required.

question
I am interested in your B&H # ACVTIAM. I have already installed the Pyle Home Audio PAMP1000 160 Watt Stereo Power Amplifier. Question #1 is there a way to make this product wireless and if not are there adapters to convert it from the 1/8 plug to those on the amplifier? Thanks
This microphone must be connected to a component that offers a microphone input and supplies plug-in power for the microphone. The Pyle Audio amplifier supplies neither.

question
Our audio connection (to a PC) would have to be about 25 feet. Will that be a problem?
No problem we are using this Microphone array about the same length that you will be using and it dose work great. The array dose need phantom power to operate and as long as you can get a 1/8 inch female to male extension cable in the length that you need you should be good to go. Also try to keep it away from any AC vents as it will pick the air coming out of the vents. I hope this helps.
