For that price, why not adding it. It folds small, doesn't take space in the bag, isn't the tightest fit but does the trick. It is too close to the flash for my purpose so will need to get a wider diffuser eventually, but it helps give a nice light overall. Very easy to use and fold. I don't expect it to last forever, but I just dump it open in the backpack without much care, and so far so good.

Would\this product fit with the Olympus FL-14 Flash (for EP-2)?

Since the Vello Mini Softbox has an elastic fitting system, it will work on most mirror-less and SLR flash units. This includes the FL-14 flash.
