The Samsung SUD-3080F High Resolution UTP Dome Camera (WDR, Flush Mount), with a 1/3” vertical double density color CCD, a 2.8-11mm varifocal lens with auto iris, a flush mount chassis and a SV-V DSP (digital signal processing) engine, delivers high quality imagery at a resolution of 600TVL (color) and 700TVL (B&W). It features a built-in UTP transmitter, and uses a UTP cable to transmit video signals up to range of 3000’ (900m).The camera offers a sensitivity of 0.3 lux (color) and 0.02 lux (B&W) at F/1.2 to reproduce clear images under low light conditions.
Featuring the SSNRIII (Samsung Super Noise Reduction) 2D/3D noise reduction technology, it reduces noise signals and blurring to produce clear images under dark environments. The day/night ICR (infrared cut filter removal) function switches between color and B&W as per changes in ambient lighting. When the ICR is switched on, the SUD-3080F High Resolution UTP Dome Camera blocks infrared light and allows only visible light to pass through. When the ICR is switched off, infrared light will be allowed and images turn into black-and-white mode, which is more sensitive to IR light.
With SSDR (Samsung Super Dynamic Range), the SUD-3080F High Resolution UTP Dome Camera balances the overall brightness by illuminating the darker areas to the same ratio as the bright areas and produce clear images under difficult lighting conditions. Backlight compensation adjusts video gain to correct the exposure when the object being captured is in front of a bright light. The motion detection feature triggers an alarm when motion is detected in a designated portion of the video display. In addition, the camera offers up to 340° continuous rotation.
Privacy Masking blanks out an entire area or zone (which is set by a system operator) to eliminate any unnecessary video information from being processed, thus decreasing video traffic over a network. Up to 12 zones can be programmed to output blank video for areas not requiring video surveillance. The DIS (digital image stabilizer) offers steady pictures by adjusting any camera movement. The SensUp Dynamic (512x) feature improves the camera sensitivity to produce clear images under low lux (low light) conditions. Multi-language OSD supports multiple languages, enabling easy operation.
The SUD-3080F High Resolution UTP Dome Camera features HLC (highlight compensation) identifies bright light spots and compensates for that particular area to produce clear images making it useful for reading number plates of cars during night time. The IVA (Intelligent Video Analysis) feature reliably detects, tracks, and analyzes moving objects, while avoiding unwanted alarms from spurious sources in the image. With a dynamic range of 128x (NTSC), 160x (PAL), the dome camera ensures an identifiable image of all objects under such conditions by appropriately exposing the entire scene, both the darkest and brightest parts. The PIP (picture-in-picture) feature allows you to view the full size image along with its thumbnail at the same time. Featured Virtual Progressive Scan (VPS) technology shoots sharp pictures, even in demanding scenes with high motion content.
The SUD-3080F High Resolution UTP Dome Camera provides support for RS-485 (Samsung-T, Samsung-E, Pelco-D, Pelco-P, Bosch, Honeywell, Vicon, Panasonic) and Coaxial (Pelco Coaxitron) communication methods.
