The SVGA-resolution BenQ MS612ST DLP Projector is a powerful, versatile projector that's outfitted with a short-throw lens. A short-throw lens, simply put, can project a larger picture at a shorter distance from the screen than a conventional lens can. They're ideal for smaller conference rooms, classrooms and living rooms.

But the MS612ST can do a lot more than make big pictures in tight spaces. For one thing, it can make them all over the world. It's got an international auto switching 100 - 240 volt 50/60 Hz power supply that draws less than one watt in standby mode. And it can project video in the NTSC, PAL and SECAM standards. And speaking of international, its onscreen display (OSD) offers your choice of 26 languages. The MS612ST is also compatible with a couple dozen Macintosh and PC resolution/sync rates.

With all of those input possibilities you'll appreciate Auto Input Signal Search, which finds the live input and selects it automatically. The MS612ST also projects closed captioning from sources that provide it.

The MS612ST makes beautiful, vivid pictures thanks to its Texas Instruments DLP imaging panel (the part that forms the picture) with BrilliantColor and BenQ's 3D Color Management. It's also got four picture modes specialized for brightly lit rooms, presentations, viewing photos and watching movies plus two "user" modes that allow you to save your own picture preferences.

This projector has beautiful images in its blood. BenQ was the first company to use BrilliantColor technology in its projectors. With 2500 ANSI lumens at a 5000:1 contrast ratio those images will be vivid, detailed and true-to-life even if you can't achieve theater-level darkness in your projection venue.
