Synthesizer One HD from McDSP is a virtual synthesizer that delivers multiple sound sculpting techniques, including wave-table, FM, AM, ring modulation, additive and subtractive synthesis. Additionally, external audio can be processed and combined with the synthesized sounds. The plug-in brings extremely flexible synthesis and sound design to the Pro Tools HD platform.
The synthesizer combines a completely modular design, flexible filtering, and a dedicated effects section to produce expressive leads, fat basses, and evolving synthetic textures. The wavetable editor allows users to create unique waveforms for oscillators and LFOs. Waveforms may be drawn, generated from a suite of tools, or imported from an audio track.
