Works for my Rode NTK tube mic!

One thing you don't want is vibrations coming back up the mic stand. Another thing you don't want is someone popping the mic. The Rode SM6 Shock Mount prevents both and handles the weight of the NTK very nicely.

Make sure your mic has a threaded bottom

Looks like it'd work great, but my mic didn't have a threaded bottom piece and so would not fit this mount. I should've looked closer. Returned it and ordered a sleeve style shock mount.

Will this work with a Blue Yeti Blackout Edition Microphone?

The Blue Yeti, due to its unique design is only compatible with the Blue shock mount. Unfortunately there are no third party manufacturers that make a compatible mount.

This shockmount is designed for the Rode NT!-A, and will not fit the Audio -Technica 2035, which comes with it's own shockmount. You may consider pairing it with the Auray OMPF-33 On-Microphone Pop Screen, BH #AUOMPF33.

I've bought this and i tried to attach my audio tecnicha ATR2500 and it did not fit so i was wondering if there is and adapter so i don't have to send it back?

There is no adapter for this shock mount. I would recommend the Auray SHM-SCM1 Suspension Shockmount for Large Diaphragm Condenser Microphones (B&H # AUSHMSCM1,) for your Audio-Technica ATR2500 microphone.

No, it will not. The Podmic has in internal shock mount, so you really do not have to use an external one.

Yes, Rode's SM6 shockmount is designed to work with the NT-1 microphone. We do sell the NT-1 and SM6 together as kit -- see Rode NT-1 KIT 1" Cardioid Condenser Microphone with SM6 Shockmount (B&H# RONT1KIT).
