Moab F01-LEL3005750 Reviews

Lasal Exhibition Luster 300 Paper (5 x 7-) 50 Sheets is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 20.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from At Last 5 x 7 Luster! I have been wanting 5 x 7 and 4 x 6 luster paper and not finding what I needed with Epson. I used the Moab luster for a photo shoot and I was very happy with the results. Colors are great, the paper is nice and thick feeling. I will be looking to see if they have 8 x 10 in Luster now. I used this paper with an Epson Photo 1900.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great quality Produced both color and B&W prints via Canon Pixma Pro-100. Downloaded and installed ICC profile from MOAB site. Printed from Lightroom with Print Studio Pro (Canon's plug-in) and results were spot-on. Very impressed with both contrast and saturation, as well as handling of graduations in color from highlight to shadow.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A nice experiment I wanted to try this paper with my dye based printer, even with the fact that it is only recomended for pigment printing. It seemed to print fine. Giving good color and finish. I am no expert, but i can not see any issues so far.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Rare sizes Many fine papers are available forexhibition prints, including this one, but few in small sizes unless you like glossy, and I don't. Friends prefer pictures of their family at 4x6 or 5x7. This paper comes in both those sizes and is what I use for small prints nearly all the time. (A few go on Moab Entrada.) I just printed a black and white image from film on this paper and it's stunning!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Superior Product but a Bit Pricey The weight and surface of this paper are superior. The ICC profiles available for free download from the MOAB site work exceptionally well. I am an experienced fine art printer (Epson 3880) and I especially appreciate the color accuracy that can be achieved. There are less expensive papers but few that can match this stuff for overall color accuracy, surface appearance and feel.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very nice paper This is the third Moab brand paper I've tried after both the Colorado Satine and the Entrada Rag Bright. All three were used for the same sized prints and although its very similar to the Colorado Satine, I prefer the Lasal because it has slightly more shine and comes in quantities of 50. I've only used this paper for color proofs but will try it in larger sizes as well as black and white. The Entrada makes beautiful b&w prints but I found the color work on the Entrada to be unappealing. Ill definitely be buying more of this paper!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE this paper! I use this with the Canon Pro 10 and it works wonderfully! I print professional photographs of weddings and portraits so quality is very important. Using the Moab profile with the Canon Pro 10 the color is gorgeous! Paper is a great thickness so does not feel like cheap flimsy paper and dries instantly!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent paper! My prints looks good, I'm using a Canon Pixma 7210. I have set the color in the printer profile options to -20 Magenta 20 Blue 20 Yellow, with Contrast and Intensity at 5 each, and the results are better than with the Durix RCP Pearl Lustre 300 GSM. Here are a couple of prints.

Anyone using this with an Epson P800? How does it compare to Epson Luster?
Asked by: Chris
Hi Chris, The Moab Exhibition Luster is a bit heavier than the Epson. It also has a reduced 'specular' quality to the surface. By this I mean the Epson luster appears to shimmer when light hits it from various angles. The Moab luster does not have this effect and is more uniform under various lighting environments.
