The Formatt Series 9 Chocolate #3 Hard Graduated Filter is a hard-edged graduated color filter providing a brownish color across the image, giving a murky glow and additional warmth for your photographs. The graduated filter design keeps a portion of the image neutral, resulting in a more realistic look while allowing for the sky or other bright areas to take on the color of the density.
The filter is compatible with Series 9 holders and is constructed from specially formulated CR-39 resin sandwiched between two layers of high-quality Schott glass. The #3 filter is the densest of the series and provides a noticeable amount of chocolate coloration.
Chocolate tint gives a portion of the image a warm, brownish coloration.
Hard-edged graduation to clear in order to retain a neutral portion of the image.

Formatt filters combine high-quality Schott glass with specially formulated CR-39 resin in order to contain synthetic dyes while still garnering the benefits of optical glass.
