The 3-Port 2b 1a 1394 Low Profile PCI Express FireWire Adapter Card from StarTech can be installed in a PCI Express slot. With dual IEEE 1394b ports and single IEEE 1394a port, it provides broad compatibility with a whole range of FireWire devices (e.g. DV camcorders, external hard drives, digital cameras, etc.). This adds 3 FireWire ports to a standard or small form factor computer enabling support for high powered FireWire devices.
