The Zing Designs Medium Drawstring Pouch is a drawstring accessory pouch with a color keyed stretch Lycra top hem that allows the drawstring to slide smoothly and cinch tightly. It can be used in a bag for extra padding, worn on a belt through the reinforced web loop, or clipped to a bag, strap or belt using the sewn on plastic snap hook.

This items seems pricey but works as advertised. Will save on battery use if you need to keep the camera running for long periods of time in the house or studio.

Will the Canon 55-250mm lens (3 dia x 5.5 long) fit with the bag fully closed?

my Canon 75-300mm which is just under 6 fits snuggly. These are great bagsa bit bulky depending on your space.
