This little plate will fit on a small digicam. I put it on an Olympus E-PL3 and it works fine. The rubber lines on the bearing surface of the plate make it resist twisting. The screw can easily be removed with a coin.

Is this plate Peak Design Capture v3 compatible? According to the size it should work.
i'm sorry, it is not compatible with the V3 system. The Peak plate has a different configuration that allows it to lock into the capture clip.

Will this plate work with a Hasselblad 907x 50c II and mounted on a Arca Swiss P0/P1 Classic head?
This will work with that camera on that head. It is a very short plate though. If you specifically want a QPL plate, I would suggest looking at the slightly longer Novoflex QPL Slim 39 Camera Plate liked here. https://bhpho.to/3whqnW2. This has a larger surface area to better grip your camera.
