Sky-Watcher S20201 Reviews

Seems good so far!

B&H shipped this quickly, and it arrived much faster than I anticipated. I haven't yet had a clear night to evaluate this optically, but it appears to be a solid, well-constructed item. It threaded on to my ED100 focuser tube with no problem, and the M48 T-threads attached to my DSLR T-ring easily as well. A side note: the reducer requires 55mm backspacing, and the T-threads are the wide 48mm size not the standard 42mm size, so you will likely need a specific T-ring adapter if using a DSLR. (Adding a M42/M48 adapter to a regular 42mm T-ring will probably put you over the 55mm backspacing.)

Nice Flattener

This flattener worked. Last weekend I was able to capture an amazing set of subs of M45. The corners had sharp stars and I was able to keep more of the image out to the edges. It attached easily to my Evostar 100ed and played nicely to my ASI 1600MM and EFW.

Does the 20201 fit/work with any other skywatcher telescope (like the 72ED)?
