Does it work for the Kodak Colorburst 250?
Asked by: Anonymous
No. Kodak 4x5 Portra 160 Color film is made for a large format camera that uses 4x5 film holders. The film is processed in C-41 chemicals at a commercial lab. The Kodak Colorburst 250 requires different film. The Colorburst 250 is an instant camera that requires PR10 cartridges, those are not available anymore. I am not sure if anyone makes a substitute.

Due to this fact that film negative is highly sensitive to XRays. I want to make sure during the shipping my package will not be exposed to the x Ray at costumes. How can I make sure about it?

Gernerally, Xrays may only effect ISO 800 or higher. Lower speeds should not be effected.

If it is being shipped by a store, there is never a guarantee nothing will happen. However, in all the time I've had it shipped, I have never had a problem.

question

I do not find the info of expiry date... The product photo says its 04/2013. Could you please specify this? Thanks.
Asked by: Valerian M.
B&H buys and sells film in bulk. In general we regularly maintain fresh film stock. All of our film is at least 6 months from expiration (typically much longer). Anytime film stock is less than 6 months from expiration we sell it in a separate section and label it as short-dated film and also price it with a slight discount (again due to the volumes we sell this rarely occurs). Unfortunately we do not have access to our inventory to hand inspect the expiration date of any of our films prior to purchase.
