The Manfrotto Hotrod Strip Softbox (12 x 48") is an ideal choice for edge-lighting a subject in portraiture while keeping the light off of the background. Alternate uses include product photography and glassware, where the box produces a long elegant, highlight. It's also a great hairlight for group shots. It comes complete with an internal baffle and softbox adapter with a shoe mount.
