It used to be that reflector panels and diffuser panels were mutually exclusive; it was either one or the other. That's all changed. This Manfrotto 30" TriGrip Difflector has a unique surface which allows light to freely pass through the diffuser side or flipped over, allows it to bounce off of the Soft Silver side. The TriGrip Difflector features the ergonomic handle common to the whole line, folds down to 1/3 its open size and comes with a soft case.

Manfrotto TriGrip Difflector Reviews
Bof
I bought this one and the bigger (120cm) to shoot young soccers. Without assistant it’s useless, when it’s a little blowy (wind), forget it. A big translucent umbrella 72 ‘’ costs 60$, does the same job and easier to manipulate. Well,it’s a gadget . By the way, the big one is not solid, it creases all the time
Highly Recommended
I purchased this to make things easier on my assistant after watching her struggle with a huge five-in-one reflector on not-all-that-windy day. I also reckoned I could use it solo for reflective fill when shooting with natural light. The TriGrip seemed like it would be right-sized, meaning I would be more apt to grab it on my way to a job. And while I was skeptical about the TriGrip's ability to work as both a reflector and a diffuser, I thought I'd give it a shot and return it if it didn't live up to its claims. (To be honest, I had to spend more to get free shipping on another item and this had been in my wishlist for awhile) It turns out that the TriGrip is more useful than I expected. The 30-inch version is easy enough to handle one-handed when shooting without an assistant, and both the reflective and diffuse sides are surprisingly useful. It isn't quite as small when folded up as I had hoped, but it isn't large enough to discourage me from taking it with on casual, less-structured shoots. I expect it will also be useful in the studio alongside my other reflectors. Overall, a very nice surprise!
