In what year they were produced?
The Kodak Portra film I purchased was fresh and had an expiration date of a few years beyond the current date.

Because of our significant amount of inventory, I am unable to confirm if all our our rolls are from the same batch. But to answer your question, the expiry date of the rolls I have called up in our superstore are Nov 2022. It does not list a manufacturing date.

why did I get film without paperbox, each roll has only printed label says expire on 11-201what is exact year is that, check your storage please. Dose it happen on other film product
Portra films do not come in individual boxes like their consumer films. But I too think there should be an expiry somewhere

Are the Kodak colour negative Pro films of recent manufacture?
Yes. Kodak Portra 160 and 400 films are still produce as of today. I recent purchased 5 cartons from B and H and the expiry date is May, 2017.Although I am using the Sony A7ii d-cam, I impressed that Kodak Portra 160 can outcome a smooth skin tone and detail better than D-Cam . Also, shooting a film photo must think about it before pressing a shuttle. My film camera is using the Leica M6 Tl andusually using the Summilux 35mm ASPH, as well as Summicron 50mm APO ASPH. Some photos enlarge to 20*30 inches and its prefect. The 160 is get more color tone than 400. Both are the best films that I loved it . I hope my respond able to give you a clear picture. Cheers.
