The protector is easy to install and remove.

Note: May prevent LCD from fully locking.
Note: Environments with excessive heat and humidity will shorten the useful life of the adhesive on the glass.

    Vello GSP-C60D reviews

Glass LCD Screen Protector for Canon 60D & 60Da is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 30.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from useful and affordable protection Simple instructions to place onto my 60D LCD and also easy to remove when it needs to be replaced. Definitely an economical purchase for extra protection, especially for those whose cameras are in conditions to undergo more physical wear (such as traveling or plain clumsiness). It is a nice security knowing that the LCD is also protected (just as filters and hoods offer additional protection for lenses). The added screen does not allow me to fully close the vari-angle LCD, but this factor does not bother me since I rarely fully close the LCD.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It's actually terrific! The screen still closes with it on the 60d. Super high quality, totally worth the money!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from As advertised. No complaints here. Pretty simple to use. All you do is make sure the screen is clean, remove the adhesive backing, line it up on the screen and stick it on. Easy as that. It's made of glass, so I don't anticipate it scratching any time soon unless I get attacked by a bear. The adhesive is holding up well, no wiggling or peeling whatsoever. Important to note: there are instructions for removing the adhesive if need be, so don't worry about not being able to get it off without ruining your camera. Overall, great, easy to use product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from SCREEN PROTECTOR INSTEAD OF USING THE VYNIL PROTECTORS I MAKE USE OF THIS GLASS PROTECTOR. IT WAS VERY REASONABLY PRICED, SHIPPED QUICKLY AND VERY EASY TO INSTALL. IT IS A PERFECT ADDITION AND PROTECTION FOR MY CAMERA. IT DOES NOT HAVE THOSE ANNOYING AIR BUBBLES THAT YOU HAVE WITH THE VYNIL PROTECTORS. GOOD PRODUCT, GOOD PRICE, THANK YOU B&H

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fits well & sturdy Just like the other reviews say, the fold-out display on my Canon D60 doesn't fully close with the LCD pointing inward with this installed, but I either leave it folded out (LCD facing outward) or put it in a camera bag, so I don't care. I was expecting a flexible plastic sheet, like my phone, laptop & tablet protectors were, but this is a very thin sheet of inflexible glass as far as I can tell. If you are obsessive-compulsive, like me, take the time to install it correctly and think about things before you install. For example, consider the orientation that you will most often use so that the logo won't be upside down. Clean the display well and view from a low angle to make sure there's no dust on it, then turn on the display and position to ensure you don't block anything. There's a little wiggle room when you install and you can block the display if you do it wrong. I ended up installing 3 times due to dust and improper positioning, but now it's stuck and I'm happy with the end result.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Protection is always good Just like keeping at least an UV filter on my lens to always protect it, having a LCD screen protector is a must. The cost of replacing the protective screen is far less than repairing the LCD unit.
