The Marshall Electronics 3D-241-KIT 3D Monitor Package includes a 3D-241-HDSDI Monitor, V-241-CASE Rugged Road Case, V-Y241 Yoke Mount for 3D-241-HDSDI/QV241-HDSDI Monitors, V-YTB Table Base for Oppenheimer / Marshall 5/8" yoke mounts, V-HM24 Sun Hood, and GL-C45 3D Glasses.
The 3D-241-HDSDI Monitor, with 3D, 2D side-by-side, and difference map display options, delivers clear images at a resolution of 1920 x 1200. It offers a high contrast ratio of 1000:1 and brightness rating of 400 cd/m². In addition, the LCD monitor offers a viewing angle of 178 x 178° (H x V) for 2D and 178 x 10° for 3D, and allows you view the images clearly even from room corners or when the display is mounted at a height.
In-monitor display enables on-screen text and tally indication, which can be controlled locally or remotely via support for protocols like Image Video, NVISION, TSL, and MEI (Marshall Electronics). The distance between the dots of the same color inside the display screen is described with the help of 0.270 x 0.270 mm pixel pitch. Featured circular polarizing system technology (used with battery-free glasses) produces flickerless 3D images by using a 3D Xpol optical filter at the display surface. With circular polarized glasses, you can view multiple 3D monitors in different environments.
Equipped with the pixel-to-pixel mode, the LCD monitor displays images in native resolution by avoiding the internal scaling function. The Blue only mode switches off red and green scan guns to produce image made only from a blue scan gun, and the monochrome mode displays a grayscale picture by disabling all colors. Featured Quad Viewer allows you to view 2 left/4 right inputs on the screen instantly. In addition, it also enables viewing of all 4 inputs by scaling and positioning each input in real-time.
The 3D-241-HDSDI LCD monitor supports connection of two 3D camera rigs (supports a camera system that includes a total setup of a camera, lenses, and other accessories such as batteries, matteboxes etc.) at the same time. Additionally, it comes with different image views for correct setup of camera rig for proper alignment. Equipped with 4 HDSDI (High-definition serial digital interface) inputs, the 3D LCD monitor enables you to monitor two 3D (right eye/lefty eye) HDSDI signals and also supports HDSDI input standards such as SMPTE 259M, SMPTE 292M, SMPTE 274H, and ITU-R BT.656.
The multi-configurable OSD (on-screen display) allows you to display the embedded time code and an embedded audio presence indicator on the screen. In addition, the monitor features Closed Captioning Decoding in EIA608/EIA708 caption standards to display additional text or information to viewers who wish to access it. Incorporating 4 user-programmable function buttons, the LCD monitor allows you to access various functions such as 3D mode, aspect ratio, monochrome mode, and color temperature.
