Got it for my son for Christmas present and the box cutter letter opener thingy snapped off. Not a big deal, but would have like a refund or more of an acknowledgment that the product was defective. Otherwise, seems quite nice.

Not what I'd expect from Leatherman

I'm a big fan of the Leatherman brand, so this Wingman model came as a big surprise to me. It is definitely the worst designed Leatherman I've ever purchased. While the material and assembly are as exceptional as always, the design is terrible. My biggest need in this tool is the wire cutters. This one has something that they called wire cutters, but it's more like a wire crimper. The cutting blades meet instead of overlapping, so any "wire cutting" is out of the question. To add insult to injury, scissors, while very sharp and strong, lack any spring action. All in all, a very poor attempt at a multitool from a first rate brand.
