The Pyle Home 4 Camera DVR System with 7" Monitor provides you with an inexpensive and easy to install multi-camera monitoring and recording setup for your home or business. With this system in place you'll be able to view all four cameras at once on the front screen as well as record them simultaneously to the DVR. The fact that the monitor is built into the DVR means less clutter in your home and office and also means you'll have central control for both the monitor and DVR functions from the front of the unit or via the included IR remote.
You can set the DVR to record continuously or to start recording when it senses motion in the camera's view. This will save on storage space and also makes it much easier to find a particular clip. The DVR will also alert you if it detects a signal loss from any of the cameras, so you can see at a glance whether all cameras are operational.
You can choose to view all 4 cameras on the same monitor or have the system cycle through the cameras in full screen at regular intervals. This system doesn't come with a storage drive but will accept a single SATA HDD up to 500GB. You can also easily expand storage space by attaching an external drive to the DVR's USB port. A power recovery function will automatically resume recording following a power failure.
