It provides fast 6 Gb/s performance for SAS and SATA devices at speeds up to 600 MB/s, or up to 1200 MB/s (9.6 Gb/s) in full duplex mode. This card uses a PCIe 2.0 x8 bus which interfaces with a PCIe slot on your host system.
