Decent and worth the price.

Used these for a recital. Had a few bad discs in the bunch, but nothing unexpected for the price. Also had an issue with the disc not playing on an older DVD player. All other players worked great though. Verbatim is still the way to go if quality and reliability is a must. For the price these did the job. 4/5

At first I thought these were poor quality because they will not burn in my HP laptop with blu-ray burner. However, I've now burned over 70 of them in my desktop with NO problem. As these are made to be printed by a thermal printer (which I don't have), I just put a paper label on them and print them in my ink jet. The cost of the disc and the label is still a way better value than the Verbatim 8.5. Don't get me wrong, I love Verbatim, but for less than half the price these MEDD discs get the job done!

If I make a mistake labeling the disk, what do I use to erase the mistake without damaging the disc surface?

It depends what you mean by labeling the disc, but generally, there is no way to correct a mistake like that. The only possible scenario I know of where you might be able to erase something would be if it was printed using a Rimage Prism thermal printer. I've seen shiny silver discs able to be erased with a pencil eraser (gently), but I have never seen it or tried it on the white media.
