I use CARL Replacement Punch Disks in our office hole punch. It was very time consuming punching holes with smaller batches of paper on our small hole punches; and frustrating when our industrial-sized hole punch would not punch through all of the sheets due to worn punch disks. Now our hole punch functions the way it is supposed to. Time is money, and these were an inexpensive way to save. There are no drawbacks to these punch disks.
