The Watson 8-Bay Rapid Charger for AA / AAA NiMH or NiCd Rechargeable Batteries charges up to 8 AA or AAA size nickel-metal hydride or nickel-cadmium rechargeable batteries. Would this be good for qickly charging up over night and getting my sony cybershot dsc h300 ready for lets say a baseball game or a two mile walk to the game?
Yes, this would work fine. Just be sure that you're charging NiMH or NiCd batteries and not Lithium batteries.

Yes this will be compatible with your Eneloop Batteries. The brand will not matter in this case at all. They are all pretty much universal when it comes to the AA and AAA Battery Chargers.

Will this charger be sufficient for the Powerex MHRAA4 (1.2V, 2700mAh) batteries? or do I really need to get the Powerex MH-C801D 8-Cell or Powerex MH-C800S 8-Cell. Charging time is not an issue for us but we what a Auto Shut Off to stop overcharging.Thanks

No. The Watson 8-Bay Rapid Charger for AA / AAA NiMH or NiCd Rechargeable Batteries, would not have any mounting holes on the back.
