Will this fit on a Think Tank Photo Pro Speed Belt V3.0 (27-34" Waist, Black)? I have read that the Spider belts are too big for women. Camera: Sony RX10 IV.
No, I don't think so. The opening to pass the belt through is barely 2" wide and is made for a regular belt, like for jeans etc. Also, the Think Tank belt appears to be too thick to pass through the holster.

Is there any risk that the ball that screws into the bottom of the camera unscrews and the camera falls out?
I suppose there is such a risk but the wrench supplied makes securing the ball easy and it snugs down nicely. Hand check it occasionally and keep the wrench in your pocket.

question
Would this system be suitable for a Canon 6D with a 50mm prime lens? What if I added a battery grip?
I only use it with a Canon Rebel XT, sometimes with a 50mm macro lens and the prime lens. If an 'added battery grip' increases the weight and the bulkiness of the camera, then I might think it would not be a comfortable 'wear'. As when I use the holster I get accustomed to it. But not sure the extra weightiness of a battery would be comfortable at all. However, I love the holster, use it often and love it! Glad I got it. No straps; no letting it sit and forgetting it; not loose for someone to pick it up.

What is the recommended weight capacity for this specific holster?
Unfortunately, a weight capacity rating was not given for the Spider Camera Holster Black Widow Holster by the manufacturer. The reality is that the belt would snap way before the holster would break under heavy loads.
