Is this the same pin that comes with the Spider Light?
Hi Craig, Thank you Charles!.. ALL Spider pin's ballhead diameter are the same and so all pins will work with ALL Spider Holsters. It is the bottom of the pins that is NOT the same. The SpiderLight system is using our new Anti-Twist design. That design will not allow for the pin to turn and thus it will never de-thread from the Spider plate by accident. The SpiderLight pin in turn, can not be attached directly to the bottom of your camera. It needs the Spider plate.The black widow pin WILL engage/attach to any camera (or other device that uses 14/20 thread).
