I just received mine in the mail and it does not have the quick action locks featured in the picture and description. Is this normal or a manufacturer error?
There is no quick-release mechanism with this item. I've had mine for around a year and it's an extremely comfortable camera strap, miles better than anything I've used over the past many years. My only complaint would be the rather complicated strap adjustment mechanism which uses 4, yes 4, adjustment toggles. I put up with that because of the comfort.
